Snowmobile Safari 1H in small group

3 hours and 30 minutes

Easy

Recommended for beginners and experienced drivers.

Experience a snowmobile safari designed for adults who want more time riding, a small group and a more personal experience in the Arctic.

At SnowRide Lapland, we separate our adult groups from family tours because adults usually ride at a different pace. This allows us to keep the experience more dynamic and adapt the pace of the safari to the group.

We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 8 guests, so our guides can give you a more personal and attentive experience. For us, small groups are an essential part of providing a high-quality snowmobile safari.

Unlike large operators that run massive groups and have to work to a very tight schedule, we can focus on the people in front of us and adapt the experience to the group.

Your adventure starts at our office in Rovaniemi, or with pick-up from your accommodation. We offer pick-up and drop-off from all hotels and accommodations within 15 km of Rovaniemi city centre, including hotels, Airbnb apartments, Booking.com accommodations and other holiday rentals.

We provide high-quality winter equipment, including thermal clothing, boots, gloves, helmet and balaclava.

We then head to our snowmobile base, where you will ride our newest-generation snowmobiles.

Before setting off, our experienced professional guides will explain everything you need to know to drive the snowmobile safely. Our guides have years of experience leading snowmobile tours in Lapland and will adapt the pace and provide the support you need throughout the safari.

No previous snowmobile experience is required. Whether it is your first time on a snowmobile or you already have experience, we make sure you feel comfortable before starting the ride.

Once everyone is ready, the adventure begins.

You will ride for approximately 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on the pace and driving skills of the group. We ride through snowy Arctic forests and across open frozen areas, with stops along the way to take photos, enjoy the scenery and experience the Lapland wilderness.

We don't rush from one stop to the next. The route and pace are adapted to the group, giving you time to actually enjoy the ride. If everyone is comfortable and enjoying the experience, we can often spend a little longer on the trails.

If your group has 8 or more participants, we organise the tour as a private experience with your own guide at no extra cost.

This safari is especially suitable for adults who want to make the most of their time in Rovaniemi and spend a good part of the experience actually riding a snowmobile.

After the safari, we return to our office to return the equipment. If you have chosen pick-up and drop-off, we can then take you back to your accommodation.
